‘Reform and modernization of State aid as a precondition for economic development’

Within the project “Implementation of the Law on State Aid of BiH and better distribution of aid” funded by the U.S. Embassy in BiH under the Small Grants Program, CPU prepared an analysis comprising in a comprehensive review of state aid in the EU, and the proposed basic guidelines and policies in BiH. Bosnia and Herzegovina has started the process of reform of state aid, which is one of the most important commitments in the accession process to the European Union.

This document will be presented on Monday, 4. february, 2014. in Hotel Bristol in Mostar from 10:00AM to 2:00PM. Our guest, Ms. Martina Štorek, Agency for Protection of Competition of Republic of Croatia, State aid Department, will present the Croatian experience in the reform of state aid.
